Please call, email, or visit my scheduling page to arrange for a phone call or book your first appointment.

Tiffany's Rates:

  • Regular individual session - $185 per 55 minutes

  • New client/intake session - $277.5 for 85 minutes

  • Medical transition or ESA letter writing - $320

Please inquire about sliding scale appointments if finances are a concern that is holding you back from therapy. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If one is not currently available, you may choose to go on the wait list or I can suggest other referrals for low cost therapy.

I accept cash, credit, or HSA cards. You will receive a receipt for payments made through Simple Practice — the electronic health record software I use.

Reimbursement for Insurance

My practice only accepts private payments, which means I am not currently in-network and do not accept payments from insurance companies.

Some insurance companies will reimburse you for services that are out-of-network if you file your own claims with the insurance provider. If you would like to pursue this please inquire about receiving superbills.

If you have one, you may also opt to use your Health Savings Account or Flex Spending Account card.

The first step is to check with your insurance company and ask the following:

  • Are out-of-network providers covered?

  • If yes, ask if mental health services are eligible for coverage under your plan?

  • What is my deductible, and is there a separate deductible for mental health services?

  • Is there an annual maximum limit on coverage?

The next step is to make a decision about whether you want insurance to cover your expenses. Some people do not mind having a mental health diagnosis on record with their insurance, while others prefer to keep their therapy private. We can discuss the pros and cons if you are unsure. You should be aware that if you plan to file claims, you must be given an appropriate mental health diagnosis by your therapist.
